Accepted in more than 300 MedAsia accredited hospitals nationwide, the ER CARD offers 2 variants with coverages for Accidental Death Benefit and/or Disablementfit, Burial Assistance depending on your chosen plan amount/ variant.

Other Details
- Provides coverage for Pre-Existing Conditions.
- A person may use a maximum of three (cards) within a span of 12 months, but only one (1) card may be used at a time. The ER Card is non-transferable. Patients between the ages 4 to 64 years old are eligible.

- Please allow 72 hours for the activation of your ER Card Plus.
- BRING your ER Card wherever you go.
- PRESENT your ER Card with a valid ID at the Emergency Room.
